Moores Clothing for Men

Walked in and waited probably 25 mins for service. After practically having to twist an associate's arm for help, they put my husband in a suit that was so ill fitting, it wouldn't even have been decent to wear to a funeral. The price was ridiculous for a rented tux with limited ability to have a range of pants sizes. Walked out and went to Simons. Bought a tux with tailoring for basically $100 more than renting a suit. Just avoid and go there instead. At least it'll look good, you can keep it and you'll have better service. Would have given it 2 stars because they had a good selection of ties but even then, just go to Le Chateau in May or June when they have their grad selection in.

It took 30 minutes to get any kind of sales person to acknowledge me and my wedding party, then the sales girl just basically started to ignore us so we would go away. They would have had a great sale with all of us. I will never ever go to Moores again!

My experience buying a suit was with Crystal, who is an absolute delight. She accurately assessed my size with one look, listened to my needs, gently made suggestions of alternatives, put together multiple looks with shirts and ties to demonstrate dressier and casual looks. I watched as she did the same for my son, making suggestions of style, colors and combinations. Never any pressure or hint of self serving. Put in skilled effort to present excellent alternatives. I came away smiling! Reading some other negative reviews, this was completely different. I have rarely encountered a more positive sales person in a store, and felt compelled to say so. Awesome customer service! Kat was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, there was never any pressure to buy, and even when she couldn't answer one question she called someone and had an answer in seconds. Highly recommend this store!
