Le Château

I really enjoy shopping at Le Chateau. The styles are trendy and made for real women with some curves, or not, but if you do the styles are very fashionable and flattering. The staff are pleasent and helpful. The prices are very reasonable forcthe great quality and styles.

Utter garbage, bought 3 ties, 3 shirts, and 1 sweater. All of them either have holes, shrank 2 sizes, or are falling apart. DO NOT BUY.

Horrible company. Zero customer service. Worst exchange/return policies. Even a product damaged after 2 weeks of purchase was referred to the head office and nothing was done by manager. Paying so much for this quality. Such disappointment

Worst return policy on the planet. I'm sure it won't be long for them to be the next retailer closing their doors.

Horrible management. I was lied to by staff and instead of dealing with the situation like an adult, the manager pretended she wasn't the manager and then gave me a fake 1800 number to call 'customer service'. What a weirdo! Some of the staff there seemed very nice, I pity they have to work under the 'leadership' of such a fruitcake.
