Staff are absolutely rude especially that one guy that works there he will literally look at your card number so beware people.

I can always forgive staff having a bad day or poor customer service but from the management? I won't be shopping at this location ever. When you work in the public, you area representative of your business. One interaction with this new manager has made me direct friends and relives to different brands. Quick story; I ran into this horrible woman just outside of her work, she was rude, demeaning and you would think when you work in customer service you would find solutions and have a bit of class or hold yourself to a higher standard. Good luck with that. I'll make sure to share this experience.
