Super disappointed with the experience at this store. I came in almost a week ago to make a return from dynamite online. I was assisted right away however… I requested to do an exchange in store or receive a gift card for exchange as my visa had been compromised and the card was cancelled, so a refund on the card would not be possible. The girl helping me said there are no options besides a refund on the card. After some discussion she said she would call the 1-800 number…If I wanted. Finally she said I could be emailed a gift card. I was totally fine with that and left after she assured me I would receive this via email in 1-2 days. As this was almost a week ago, I called dynamite’s customer support and the rep said “why didn’t they just give you a gift card with the refund in store” which is literally what I asked for in the first place! Then she proceeded to tell me this request wasn’t processed correctly and updated the request for me. I have already returned the items, so now I am without the merchandise and without my money, now awaiting a call back with a resolution. The rep at the call centre said in future to call them while at the store if I am being refused a refund. Great advice, however, not my job to enforce a refund policy or advise their employees how to do their jobs. I’ll be shopping online or at any other dynamite location in the future after this run around.
Their clothes were very pretty and I like how soft the fabric they used for their clothes. I like their dresses a lot and the design were amazing. You would not regret buying their clothes since they seem to last a long time. I bought a few tops as gifts to my friends. I am going to different clothing stores here at Edmonton recently and I'm glad I discovered this store.
Walked in no one said anything to me the two girls at the cash were to busy talking to each other walked around grabbed about 6 items no one offered a change room I even purposely walked close to the two girls at the cash so they would see me nope nothing kept talking waited for a change room no one said anything at all so I had to walk up to the cash where they were still standing and talking I tried on the items and I actually like a few of the jeans I tried on but I decided nope I am not giving these girls my money when they wouldn’t even acknowledge me the whole time I was in the store. And the crazy thing is I wasn’t the only person in there they were just ignoring all of the customers so I just left all my items and bought my jeans at another store.
Kristy, a manager at this location was phenomenal when my friend and I came shopping. As we entered the store and started to browse she checked in on us and said hello. My friend and I were in there for a while and she checked on us a couple of times making sure that we were doing okay. She was very sweet and genuine. Will definitely return to this location over and over again.
The staff is always so warm & welcoming whenever I come. I love being able to have a real conversation with the employees and not just their customer service side. The store has had great covid protocols in place since the beginning and everything is very well kept and clean. Always a very good variety for a smaller store and great deals. I would recommend this location to everyone!
I was last minute looking for a blazer and called in to check for sizing and what was in stock and the sales rep Hope was SO Amazing, even on the phone she was was able to find me blazers that would work for an outfit I was looking for and had WONDERFUL customer service. 10/10
Today being boxing day the selection was okay . It was well priced but unfortunately the staff who helps at the fitting area was not warm and friendly . We had a similar experience with her before too. The staff at WEM are so good. It's a good place for reasonably priced clothes.
I received zero assistance from associates at this location, and I was looking to *$PEND* on my kids for the gift-mas holiday. But bad service equals NO $$$ for you. BAD Dynamite! BAD.
Amazing customer service, great products!!
If I could rate my experience here it would be in the negatives. I was never approached or greeted. The employees pretended like I wasn't there and never helped me or checked on me when I was trying things on. I just wanted to to get out of there as soon as possible. It was so uncomfortable
