I had an issue with my custom shirt being to short in the sleeves. Luigi handled the problem with class and offered to dry clean my suit free of charge. His customer service is excellent. Deal with Lou.

The staff can be a little busy which causes them to go down to 4 stars instead of 5 but there is a very large selection and lots of change rooms so it's very easy to get a good option. Monaj was exceedingly helpful in getting me fitted properly, making sure my account was up to date and even looking into getting my bonus rewards reinstated.

Terrible help, terrible service, rude comments. We came from David’s bridal and purchased bridesmaids/wedding dresses from them and they recommend Moores (because they’re sister company’s of course) never going back, asked if they had more sizes and they said no we have to special order we said okay we will go to le chateau and they said “good luck.... I know they don’t have bigger sizes” as maybe fits into medium/large sizes anyways? Rude, obnoxious, inconsiderate and had no intention to help us find something. We showed what we wanted, pictures of everything and they looked at us as if they had no experience at all in the indausrey. Never recommending to somebody (and have heard so many bad things about Moore’s since my incounter) !!!!!

We had an awful experience. We ordered a custom suite for our wedding and it came way too small- all three pieces, seemed like it was ordered for someone half his size. She wasn’t even apologetic. We then came back in to pick up the reordered suite and they had misspelled his name on the inside of the vest. Again, not apologetic just blamed it on a manufacturing error. Horrible experience and they did nothing to rectify the issue. I will not give them my service ever again and am annoyed that they got any of our money.
