Dynamite

Just tried to make a return at the Southgate location, the girls were rude and not helpful at all. Ended up not being able to return my $55 dollar item. Not impressed. Left with a very sour taste in my mouth, will not be returning to this location

Awesome customer service and great prices. Le Chateau Outlet sold me a dress that fell apart once I took it home, so I was in a rush to find a replacement for a Christmas party. The employees were so helpful, and one girl (I wish I could remember her name!) even went out of her way to find every single dress in the style and colour I wanted so I could find the perfect one. Walked away with a gorgeous dress half the price of my last one.

I used to LOVE this store 3 years ago and long ago before that. I don't know what happened with their styling team but every time I come in I'm not impressed with what they have to offer ! Bring back the old dynamite please :)

i came into this location on sep 29, 2016 to exchange my fiance's leather jacket. the clerk that was helping was very friendly but may have been new. nevertheless she was attentive, and friendly and tried to help me the best way she could. i just wanted to acknowledge her service . the manager came to approve the exchange and she was super friendly as well so thought i'd take the time to give a 5 star review. thank you for the service and i'm sure i will see you guys again thank you :)
