Please do NOT shop from here, I bought one outfit from here unfortunately and it was the worst experience ever. The owner along with the workers were so rude to deal with and they raised their voices at us.. if you need an indian outfit go anywhere else but here!! I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

The owner was extremely rude. Zero customer service- passed unnecessary comments. He wasn’t willing to open the clothing package to show us the clothes, he expected us to buy them without trying or seeing it out of the plastic wrap. I dont know how he is in a clothing business.

Got yelled at due to not buying their clothes after trying them on. Owner said, "why would you ask for the clothes to be removed from its packaging to try them on if you aren't going to buy". Bad attitude from the owner.

Worst experience ever . I’ll recommend everyone else to never enter this store if you don’t want to get ripped off. I spent 500$ and they treat you so bad. Zero customer service.

The owner of this store is exceptionally rude and arrogant. I asked her to show me Some lehngas she told me That I won’t like the style they have in a very rude tone; I was shocked at first, seriously she didnot even show me anything. I don’t understand why you have open the store if you have no desire to treat your customer with respect, Dignity and no desire to show your items. May be close the store because you are not willing to show your stuff. I would recommend if you don’t want to get insulted, do not go here. I would give negative zero stars if I could. Horrible experience.

My cousin and I shopped here and came to the store to look jewelry/tikka sets. I asked to see a blue earring set and a green earring set. She pulled them out of the counter. We liked the blue one and the price sticker on the blue one said it was $54. I told her I would like to purchase the blue one and she took it to go up to the register. She looked at the blue one and took the tag off the green earring set and said since it was the same set she had to charge the price on it. It was 85$. I said I wanted the blue one and the blue one was $54, as politely as I could . She then swore at us in Punjabi. She not only tried to cheat us, but she swore at us so aggressively I could not even believe it was happening... Not even remotely close to how customer service should be. I would've been fine talking to her about it if it was my mistake, but this woman was absolutely horrible to deal with and rude beyond belief. I would not recommend going here, I would give zero stars if I could.

Worst place to buy suit and get suit stiched. They wasted are time and ignored us for other 3- 4 girls saying us to wait and pick the suit tomorrow because those girls have a party and they needed to do those other suits, which made us feel like nothing. Everyone's time is precious we had to drive 25 mins away 3 4 times in 2 days just because of them. I wont recommend this place. Please go to some other store but dont come here, this is my 2nd time having bad experience here.

This was my first shopping from Indian Cloth Store and I absolutely loved it!! The price of the gorgeous suitsI bought was reasonable compared to other store. The stitching was very properly done. Customer care was AWESOME!! What else could I have asked for more?? I'm very happy with my purchase and I'll keep buying from the Store :

I had a really terrible experience with the shop owner. She was very rude and disrespectful to me. I paid a large amount of money ahead of time. In return, i received a poorly tailored custom gown not suited to my measurements & specifications. It also had a faulty zip and was full of creases. When I complained about it,she started arguing with me and kept telling me to 'fix it yourself' at home. She didnt care about my needs and left me frustrated. I had to find something else to wear for my event. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. BUYER BEWARE. They are nice when they want to collect your money, but will be mean to you afterwards.

To help support local businesses, my wife decided to purchase some fabric from this store. When the man was measuring out the material he kept saying it was about 3m even though it was more like 1m but, she thought whatever, it is not expensive, about $2/m so, it doesn't matter... when he added it up he said it was $190 which was clearly way too high but, rather than going through all of it again so, she agreed and paid. When she got home she re-checked the till tape and it showed $210! so, he had dded $20 to what he had already told her. Not going to be going back to get ripped off like that again. Be careful of this place!
