Incredibly kind and dedicated staff with a horrifyingly dreadful managment team. The managment team shows direct ire toward their customers, time and time again making erroneous assumptions.

I have always stop by whenever I am in the Southside and have some time to kill. Try to find the odd good deal. BUT NOT ANYMORE! When they are saying they are having a 50% off store wide sale, and I come in from out of town on a weekday, after work. I find what they actually meant was 50% off of what they say is retail at other stores (which is higher priced then most any other stores, just to make you feel like you are getting a great deal). What it should have said was, 5-10% off of their regular prices and nothing on clearance items. So I really only saved about $6 off there regular price on a $70 bill... Totally not worth spending $20 in gas for a special trip to the city on a weekday! False advertisement at its best! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Prices are great, lots of selection. Glad i heard their add on the radio as this has become my new place to shop for name brand clothes. Only cons to it was that the dressing rooms were in need of cleaning, and the staff was so so but i did show up first thing in the morning.

Lots of new stock regularly, and great prices, especially on shoes!!! The clothes aren't a huge discount but the shoes are definitely worth it!
