I had a great buying experience at Richmond Honda. William in particular has been super responsive, friendly and helpful. His goal was to close the sale while at the same time not being pushy. Call him if you want a no stress car buying experience! I just received my brand new CR-V and I am loving it!! Thanks as well to Willam’s support team for helping find out the car in the colour I wanted in record time despite low level inventory.

Just bought our Honda Odyssey from here. Really happy with the whole process. Crystal was much more than a sales person. She was very responsive, understanding, kind, helpful and more than anything she did not try to sell the car. She really focused on building a relationship with the customer and helped us with regular updates. If not for Crystal I am not sure if we would have gone back to Richmond Honda as we did not get the price for the trade in we were looking for our old car. We were so happy with Crystal’s service that we decided to compromise a little on the trade in value. Thank You Crystal. And, Sean Rasheed as the manager also was informative and helpful. Impressed overall. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Danny and William provided excellent customer service and worked hard coordinating with my busy schedule to deliver my new 2018 Civic Hatchback. Friendly and knowledgeable they both did everything they could to keep me as a super satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend all my family and friends to Richmond Honda.

I had an bad experience...I went there to look for a new car, trading in my old car.  The Product Advisor SAM XU was not  helpful.  He took less than 5 minutes to determine the value of my car.  I try to negotiate a higher price, he just use the black book value, without any consideration the condition of the vehicle.  My old car is in excellent condition.   Then I want to compare the different model & price of the used civic they have in the lot.  he shows no interest of helping me or  to offer a test drive.  He also mentioned he gets paid very minimum on those civics.  Poor Customer Service, not recommended!   I left and went to another Honda Dealer.  I brought a brand new civic EX and trade in the BMW with a higher price from another dealership. Your lose is others gain.

I made an appointment to see a car today Richmond Honda. While waiting for the salesperson to arrive I noticed a couple viewing the same car. After viewing and test driving the vehicle I decided I wanted to put a deposit on it with a subject that a friend would come back with me in the morning to look at the body work. The salesperson said that was fine then proceeded to speak to his manager about it. On his return I was told that there was a problem as the other couple apparently saw the vehicle earlier in the day, took it for a test drive and were told that they had someone coming in ( myself ) later and as I had booked the appointment first they said I was to get first chance at the car. Now I was being told that they were offering to buy the car cash with no subjects and as they lived out of town I had to remove my subject or be the back up offer. I am DISGUSTED by the way I was treated, this should not be how things are handled. Just because I live local and wanted it checked out by a friend should not be a reason to loose a sale. I WILL NEVER recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends.
