I have been going to OP Ford for over 20 years and had excellent service for many vehicles. They’re  professional and prompt in completing repairs and getting us back on the road asap. We bought my daughters car from OP and I purchased 2 trucks over the years , and was very satisfied with the process. I have dealt exclusively with other ford dealers in Burnaby but switched to OP when I moved to South Surrey and they have always been pleasant to work with and accommodating in getting the work completed. TOP MARKS!

Came in last Saturday to look for a Maverick with the tow pkg.nnI was given a warm welcome by Dan W.   We looked at the truck and from there he made the transaction seamless and easy.nnThey were fair with the trade in value on my trade as well!nnThanks again to Dan W and Ocean Park Ford!

First time buying a vehicle from a dealer and I can tell you one thing: it's not worth it.nI needed a truck for work in short notice so I opted for a dealership thinking I would be provided with some sort of customer service. I mean they're a dealership and they should offer some sort of value, right?nWell, after they collected my deposit to secure the vehicle, I showed up a few days later to sign the papers, etc. I don't live near the dealership so they had ample warning that I was coming. The truck was a little dirty on the outside but I was in hurry so I said I'll give it a good wash myself - no biggie. Well, once I washed the truck, I noticed that the previous owners business logo visible along the side of my truck. When I removed the cab to the truck, I also noticed that there was also a window logo from that business, on MY truck. It also had saved locations of clients and the previous owners home address still saved in the NAV computer. The inside had sugar spots on the back seats and even some tools from the previous owners business still in the truck. They had not done anything to prepare the truck for the next owner and it had been in their hands for more than enough time to at least detail the thing.The irony here was that I wanted my own truck instead of a company provided one.nThe Sales staff at Ocean Park were absolutely useless when the problem was brought to their attention.nUPDATE!!!!nI came back from vacation and my trucks battery was dead. No problem I thought! I'll just unlock the door with my key ....  Nope.nThe key in my FOB was for someones else's vehicle. I had to call a Tow Company to unlock my own vehicle.nAfter contacting the GM 6 months ago about not even having a key for my own vehicle, I'm still waiting on reimbursement. The GM and his sales staff are inept and should not be trusted.
