Went into OP ford yesterday and met with a salesman named Don. Already knew going in what truck I wanted to look at. He was nice and wasnt to pushy. We talked for about 30 mins and he wrote me up a quote which I thought was a reasonable price but I thought since it was HIS initial offer i should be able to counter with something. I told him I'd be back tomorrow with my family and i did come back in the next day and when I did I thought I'd at least be able to present a counter offer since he originally provided me with the first offer. We went in and he told us to test drive it. We came back from the test drive with the thought that we would be driving away In a new truck that day. We came back into his office he presented us his inital offer again and we went outside to thinking about it for a bit and came back in with our  counter. He was out in the main lobby not his desk when I came back in and when I proceeded to with my counter he said there was no room take it or leave it sorta thing. To make matters worse the sales associates around us started to laugh at either us or don. I'm not sure who and why but probably at the fact that we declined his original offer. Whether they were laughing at us or don for not making a sale it made us super uncomfortable and we quickly left. We went to have lunch and I called him twice during lunch to see if we could close the deal at his initial offer and maybe since he wouldn't move on the price maybe he could get me a tri-fold cover in that price. Don never returned either of my calls. If he had at least asked a manager about my counter or been a little nicer at the end with his "take it or leave it" offer I can confidently say I would've walked out with a new truck today. Having the other associated laugh at us is the reason I called don and the reason why I didn't just go back there after lunch. STILL LOOKING FOR A NEW TRUCK

Professional and friendly; Samir made the experience personable and special, as it should be when purchasing a vehicle. They had a good selection, with options on the truck I was looking for. Ocean Park Ford is highly recommended.
