We had a terrible experience with sales representative Michael Ye today. Last year, we leased a 2024 CX-50 on a 3-year contract. Recently, Michael convinced us to switch to a new contract — still for a CX-50, same car, same payment amount — but extended the lease to 4 years. There was absolutely no benefit for us in this exchange.nnHe also falsely told us that we had to buy out the vehicle if we wanted to terminate the agreement, which is not true. It’s clear now that he did this to avoid losing his sales credit.nnWhat’s worse, he took advantage of my parents, who are over 65 years old, knowing they wouldn’t fully understand the fine print. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical.nnBe very careful when dealing with Michael Ye. Make sure you read everything yourself and don’t rely on his explanation.

Recommend setting up an appointment before arriving so the team knows exactly what you're looking for in advance. Test drive, easy breezy. Sahar and Aaron were precise and helpful. I loved the moment when Ty came by and introduced himself, not even his deal, but he was there to support and say hello. Easy decision to move forward with the chosen vehicle. Best experience I've had by far at any dealership. When you walk into a business like this, you feel it.

Would have given it a 4because the salesman Surrender was super nice and accommodating. However, during the signing of the papers, Angie from finance and the insurance guy had attitude, so you leave feeling like you never want to go back.nnThe car itself was fine.nnAngie tried to sell a warranty package that wasn't worth it so we turned it down. To which her attitude quickly changed as she was clearly upset and we felt like we weren't welcomed.nnInsurance guy was almost worse. Started off with a bad mood and was very condescending. You're supposed to offer guidance and instructions but we were questioned rudely as if we're supposed to have the same knowledge as he does. He wasn't friendly to his colleagues either. Someone fire this guy
