Excellent service. My airbag service was done on time, I was offered a ride home and my car was even cleaned for me. Every employee that dealt with me was very courteous and seemed ready to please the customer. They must be trained for this at this dealership.

I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, but wanted to commend White Rock Honda for their effort. I had emailed all the Honda dealerships in the lower mainland requesting a quote for the make, model and colour I wanted. Leo was only one of a few salesperson to answer my request in full. Because of this I went to speak to him at his dealership. He was professional, friendly, honest and was readily open to trying to make a deal happen. I can easily recommend seeing him if you are looking to purchase a new car.

Stood out in customer service among the Honda dealerships and non-Honda dealerships we've dealt with so far. Don, our salesperson is very kind and extremely pleasant to work with. He has exemplary customer service, highly recommended! Thank you to White Rock Honda for making us feel valued and important.

Would not recommend the service department.service was below average. Didn't even offer a quik wash after the service. Just moved into the area and like to support local, But I Would recommend tying another place.

Poor service. No complimentary vehicle inspection- as a new customer- i am no longer their customer lol. They still have my name wrong too. Told me it would take moments to drop in to replace something quick. ended up staying more than 30 min, and waiting for the cashier. I will go back to Openroad honda.. yeah.
