I called 10 minutes before closing when my car's starter motor died at the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. The employee was so helpful and picked out a new starter for me as well as a socket set and some tools and offered to wait past close until I could get there. I managed to swap the starter in time for the next ferry thanks to the kind employee and excellent customer service at this Lordco! Can't recommend enough- thanks to the employee sorry we didn't catch your name in the rush.

I just don't understand how this business can continue to offer such a poor customer service experience in such a competitive industry. I ordered parts that were desperately needed.. I was told they would arrive next day and they would call me. 5pm next day and no phone call so I call the store and ask if my parts have arrived.. I am told yes - and they just were busy and forgot to call me "oops". I rush to the store and find out they ordered the wrong part for a different vehicle - the associate says "$^%& my bad".. then do nothing to rectify the situation. I ask them to check another stores inventory.. ladner has the items but they close shortly.. I ask if they can call the other store and let them know I am on my way and may arrive right at 6:00pm.. they call then turn to me and say.. sorry he can't. I ask to speak to the associate at the other store which was the most frightening customer service experience I've yet to come across.. I am told he is already closing the store early and too bad so sad this is all due to the fact the Lordco order the wrong parts.. putting me out and having to drive to another town in order to locate them. I've left many many parts of the story out but needless to say I will absolutely avoid these locations at all cost and would recommend others to take their business where it is appreciated. I do not like to slam businesses but I have absolutely no faith that any changes will be made at these locations so hopefully my review will educate a few prospective customers and take them elsewhere.

Been going here for years. Tyler has always been a huge help and knows his stuff. Never had a problem getting parts same day. CT doesn't hold a candle to these boys! Keep up the good work! Curt

Recently purchased number of parts for my fathers vehicle. The staff at this store is very helpful and knowledgeable.Very polite and professional. I’ve been recommending people to visit this location. Thank you Tsawwassen Lordco for your excellent service.

Friendlier staff than the Ladner location, more helpful too. One thing is, the tools could've used restocking the last two times I've been in, but for the size of store it's a good selection. Even though I live in Ladner I still make trips out here for the quality of customer service.

Fast and knowledgable. The young woman even came outside to put my new wipers on in the rain! Very grateful and appreciative of this kind of service and the employee that went out of her way for me!

Helpful and knowledgeable people assisted me with a replacement windshield wiper when we had freezing weather.

Great staff that always help me out when my cars fall apart. Tyler and Brendon always take the time to figure out my problems and put the customer first. I've been going there fer years and appreciate their support. Thank you

Always excellent service. Good inventory and if your part isn't there, it will be the following day.
