AMAZING!!! NEW OWNERS, This is by far the best RV Repair service center in Las Vegas! Our Motorhome overheated while driving through the desert and we were so stressed out by the time we made it into town. I called more than 20 service centers and no one could help or they were booked out for 3 months. Best Time RV Service got us in and made us a priority. Now our motorhome runs like a champ and never even goes over the 1 quarter mark on the temperature guage. They also found multiple other problems that I didn't even know about. We are so happy! THANK YOU!
We rented from Best Time RV back in September of 2018 and got the Jeep and Trailer combo. Staff was very friendly and the process was pretty smooth, considering they were operating out of temporary offices due to remodeling. The Jeep combo was awesome, as you're able to setup camp, and then take the Jeep to go exploring. Planning another Utah vacation, and most likely will rent from them again.
This was our very first RV adventure ever and we loved it!!! The entire rental experience was painless and smooth. We opted for the early check-in and it was worth it to skip the wait. The vehicle was clean and well equipped for us. The orientation put my OCD mind at ease too. The first night camping I asked the neighbor from the site next to us to help with the hookup, but I could have done it on my own too. We did over 1500 miles in a single week without any incident or car trouble. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even for our big group.
After a lot of research, we determined that a Minnie Winnie 22R RV was the best model for us. We looked around for a long time and all over the country. Best Time RV had clearly the best selection and the best prices. The process was easy, smooth and low pressure. I think they don't need to be high pressure, because they let their product and their prices do the selling. Anthony and Dave were a pleasure to work with and we are super happy in our Minnie Winnie!
Will not recommend Jeep and Winnebago trailer for adults and drycamping ! Bathroom way to small. Not enough batterycapacity for testing. Make sure checklist is carried out before leaving !
My family bought an RV from Best Time RV in June because we all had pandemic-induced cabin fever. When we showed up in their parking lot in the morning we told them we needed to be on the road within a couple of days. They said it would be tough to do, but they made it happen. Between June, 2020 and January, 2021 we put over 15,000 miles on the RV with no issues. We moved across country and had to sell the RV in January 2021. I expected to have a bunch of negative equity because we had only owned it for 6 months and had put so many miles on it, but I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to re-sell it for almost as much as we paid for it. When we purchased it we also purchased an extended warranty, which we cancelled when we re-sold it. Best Time RV was super professional and prompt in getting our refund from the warranty company and sending us a refund check. The first check they sent us got lost in the mail because of our move and problems we had with getting our mail forwarded, but when I told them we hadn't received it they immediately offered to stop payment on the check and send me a second check with a tracking number. Thank you everyone at Best Time RV for giving us such a great price on our RV, providing such phenomenal service, and always being 100% honest, transparent, and professional!
I was starting RV living full time and had checked 2 other RV places-I was hesitant to try Best Time RV because of reviews but those were renters that damaged property and were mad they had to pay for the damage. Everyone was so helpful and courteous, especially Krystal. I am thrilled with my Minnie Winnie-great price, easy process and great RV. Low miles and excellent deal. I have also contacted them with questions since this is my first time RV ing and they have always made themselves available for any questions. I can’t thank them enough!
Best Time RV really pays up to its name. You will have the best time at this company whether with renting or buying! In my case, my husband and I came to buy our first motorhome RV. We did not know much about motorhomes and this company actually took the time they did not have to to teach and guide us from the beginning to end. It was a whole new learning experience for us. Moreover, the staff here is super friendly and informative with great customer service. The transaction went smoothly without any problems. Very happy we bought our RV at Best Time RV. This company really takes care of their customers!
This google listing and their door both say they're open Saturday 9a-2p. Just showed up, tried to open the door, and a guy in the parking lot working on an RV just yelled across "we aren't open today." Left with no further explanation. Please update your site so that people don't waste a trip.
Our vacation started with paying an extra fee for “early pickup” which was a complete joke! The shuttle never came to pick us up from our hotel, and after an hour of waiting and trying to call the contact phone number which nobody answered because the office was still closed, we eventually made it to the office. Once we got there, we sat around for TWO HOURS waiting for check-in outside in the heat because there was no room in their tiny trailer office. Clearly they do not have enough staff to accommodate people checking in. The struggle unfortunately continued when we returned our vehicle. We were extremely careful driving the RV the entire trip. There was one minuscule scratch on the front of our vehicle, probably about nickel-sized. They charged us $360!!!! I understand that sometimes damages happen and a company should charge for them but this is a completely unfair and ridiculous fee considering the essentially perfect condition in which we returned the vehicle. Much worse things have happened to the RVs of the world. It does not take $360 to fix that scratch. I would emphatically NOT recommend using this company for your RV rental needs. Total ripoff!!!
