I tried to negotiate on a couple of used cars from this dealership and it was a really dishonest experience. It was far from my first dance but these people really thought they could pull the wool over my eyes. My most recent experience was trying to get the airbag recall done by their service department. When booking the appointment they told me it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to get the parts. I told them fine get them ordered. After 3 months I called to follow up as I received another letter from GM reminding me to get it done. Of course i hadnt heard from Dueck. They checked and confirmed the parts had arrived and booked my appointment. When I arrived on appointment day, I was left waiting for more than 20 minutes to speak with a service advisor. When I finally got to that point it took another 10 minutes for them to get it in their system. After I was sent to the waiting room. I sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for a shuttle. Instead of the shuttle, the service advisor came in and explained they actually didn't have the parts and it would be another 10 days to 2 weeks to get them. I pointed out their incompetence and I left totally frustrated. I then decided they have jerked my chain enough that I will call another dealer. That dealer had my parts in 48 hours and made an appointment for me right away. Within four days from initial contact they got the parts and completed my recall appointment. If you like aggravation, go to Dueck. If you want to be treated with courtesy and respect, go elsewhere. Oh, it's been just over 3 weeks and Dueck called to let me know the parts are there... late again.

Ordered a car last year from Dueck Richmond and a very knowledgeable salesperson (Derrick Yeung) helped me throughout the whole process. He is not your typical salesman, he actually knows a lot about cars and know what customers want. Keep up the good work !

I would definitely recommend Derrick Yeung to my friends and family when buying a car. Derrick has a positive attitude, very attentive, pays great attention to details and customer needs. Superb customer service!
