Big O Tires

They were amazing today. I will always go there in the future. We got a flat on our way to the ferries. I went to two different Kal Tire stores, neither of which would repair the tire for us "too busy", and one said we needed a new rim, not true. Then I tried Big O in Tsawwassen, they were busy but said they wouldn't see us stuck so bring it over. They were great. Could not ask for more. In no time it was fixed and we were on our way. Special thanks to Dale in the shop and Tammy at the front desk. Wonderful to deal with and so good with other customers as well.

They were wonderfull. My job relies on my car and when the car didn't start in the morning , I was in trouble. They got it fixed the same day, walking me though the process and answering any questions I had. All the people working here are very nice, they did an awesome job in fast time. thanks again.

The owner Mr Dale is amazing ! The Big O Tires in Tsawwassen is a great auto shop! I’m a community health worker and found I got a flat tire after done one of my client around 10am in Tsawwassen then I went to an auto shop which I’ve been repaired and maintained my car with them for over five years and told them It’s emergency and If they can help me because I needed the car to work and I had 8 more patients was waiting for me.and They just said there’s no guarantee when they will fix it. I was so disappointed and couldn’t believe how they treated their old customer. Then I went to Big O tires and explained my emergency with the owner Mr Dale. He immediately took my car in and let his staff fixed the flat tire in less 20minutes ! They are just wonderful people and I was very very happy with Big O Tires! Thank you very much Mr Dale and Big O Tires in Tsawwassen.

Amazing experience with this business. Came off the ferry at the beginning of a long trip with my young son and got engine troubles. They managed to squeeze me in and got me on my way as fast as they could. Can't thank them enough!

As a woman, i find visiting a mechanic with a car issue intimidating. But the level of customer service and honest and affordable help I have received at this location has me drive all the way from downtown Vancouver to Tsawwassen anytime I need anything looked at on my vehicle. I have had lots of tire issues because I have super low profile tires and i seem to like curbs. Ken has always gone out of his way to fix my car issues not just tires for a really decent price and within a tight window. Thank you to the whole team there for being my mechanics that I can trust
