Cam Clark Ford Richmond

I have dealt with Cam Clark Ford many times during past couple of years, and their service is in very high standards and professional all the way from their call center answering the phones till get the final job done. I never had a single issue or dispute when dealing with them, charges are very reasonable - on some occasions they were even below what I was expecting to pay! Staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Cam Clark Ford.

Everyone here was really nice! I met with Nicole Bullock who was full of knowledge and was super helpful. It was a great experience as this was my first ford. I highly recommend this dealership, Nicole was able to find me a sweet deal and got me into my new ride. Thanks again!

Came in to have a burnout blinker replaced, and the service folks took extra time to do a regular checkup and determined I needed the brakes changed (part of the service plan I bought) and arranged to change them, on the spot. This was far above and beyond expectations, and a very good thing, seeing as I was heading out for a Christmas road trip and having the new brakes meant extra safety during the long drive ahead. Thank you very much Dido and Judy for the amazing customer service. Always stellar!!

The workers here are very kind and they love to help their customers. I personally really liked Nicole because she helped answer all of questions and she also helped me a decide a new car to get. The car is working great so far! I really recommend getting a car from here! I love the popcorn and you can't forget about the coffee. Thanks Ford!
