A perfectly fine Residence Inn that follows their typical formula: fairly spacious rooms, pleasant staff, serviceable breakfast. Rooms are clean and the facilities are perfectly fine. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. This location has a pool and tennis court. This is probably a 4-star join but gets down-graded because: (1) the gym is horrid; (2) the lobby area is slightly below average; and (3) the price is probably 20% higher than it should be.

Wonderful staff, wonderful food. Leadership is great. Felt like home. Very accomadating. Beds where not comfortable though.

I've been to a number of hotels and resorts in the course of my lifetime and nothing surpassed the high standard of genuine customer service that I received at the Residence Inn at Saratoga Springs. It was fabulous! Actually so many things were Great and I mean GREAT! Like their BREAKFAST DAILY that's included plus 4 days out of 7 they offer a sort of a "meet a greet" meal. Nothing says "Welcome to Saratoga" like a messy sloppy joe or 2! Lol The rooms were clean. They offered a shuttle into town. Nice pool and spa, theres even a gym and they are pet friendly!! All Of You Rock!! Thank you soooo much. I will be back for another visit!

Location of hotel was good for our travel plans. The room we were in was not far from the road so there was a fair amount of distracting road noise when trying to sleep. Rooms were spacious but mattress wasn't very comfortable.

Very nice hotel - great breakfast each morning, clean rooms, nice staff. Everything you could ask for
