Our host, Kathleen, was very warm and welcoming. Her staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. One might be tempted to sleep in but I suggest not doing so, as you will miss a fabulous breakfast. I would recommend The Saratoga Arms to any traveler visiting this area.

Thank you for another wonderful stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Service was perfect from check-in to check-out and staff members were always friendly, including Jeff at the front desk. We especially enjoyed the pantry and snacks, as well as the fresh coffee. Your location is perfect for exploring Saratoga. We will be back!

From the moment we arrived the hosts greeted us and made us feel welcome. Everyone was so helpful from Jeff and Joe to the owner we were treated so nicely. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the breakfast was divine. We were traveling for a week at various and beautiful Inns and at the end of our travels it was unanimous The Saratoga Arms was our favorite. We will return.

Great location! Great room! I loved the "freebies"! Great infrastructure of bldg. Good parking! Breakfast orders of bacon or sausage were so small that I had to laugh.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of stay at the Saratoga Arms. We utilized meeting space and room nights. Rooms were comfortable and meeting space was well-equipped. The on-site catering was amazing, fresh and home cooked! Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be back!
