The pavilion Grand hotel was a great location for my wife and I to enjoy Saratoga from. The suite was spacious and nice and it was a short walk to anything in town. We were a bit disappointed in the linens which had an orange stain to them, but otherwise we were very happy.

This was my first stay at the Grand Pavilion and I was beyond impressed! They gave me a complimentary room upgrade from a Signature Suite to a Concierge Suite. The staff was extremely helpful and got me what I wanted. I will definitely return!

The room was beautiful. Our patio had some garbage on it. Check in took almost 20 minutes and we could not check in early. Our mini bar was empty. Room service took about half hour for a bottle of wine and a 20% gratuity was added automatically. We had three bathrooms and three balconies, a beautiful kitchen and great dining area. Location was perfect, although you can hear everything outside so being near the nightlife had its pros and cons. I would say that in general things were great, but the attention to detail you expect in a classy hotel was lacking.

I think this was my 4th time staying at the Pavilion Grand, and it continues to be one of my favorite hotels. I travel up and down the mid-Atlantic, and the Pavilion Grand is one of the best places in any city u visit. I heard that it was originally built to by luxury apartments/condos, and it shows. I've​ stayed in one bedroom suites and two bedroom suites, and both are outstanding. It's 1 block from the main street in Saratoga (I think Broadway), so you can walk to anything you want. Within the past year a nice restaurant has opened that is connected to the hotel, and their breakfast/lunch bistro in the lobby has been upgraded.

My boyfriend and i go up every year to Saratoga and every year we stay at the Pavilion Grand. Its location is ideal for being in the heart of town. You can walk or take a short ride to all attractions and restaurants. The hotel is modern and comfortable with great amenities and friendly staff. It can be a little more on the pricey side compared to some of the other hotels in the area. However it is absolutely worth it you get what your paying for.
