Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs

I was not going to leave this review because every business can choose what practices they want to partake it. However, after an experience here this past weekend - I decided it was warranted. We had inquired to get a wedding block here later this year and was promptly told they don’t offer them April - October, okay fine but then the automatic response is ‘but you can tell your guests they can book here anyway!’ Can I?nnAs annoying as this was I had moved on. But then we were in town this weekend along with my parents who chose to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. My mom had mentioned after her first night there that she was supposed to receive some water bottles in their room, which would have been great because she realized they had nothing to drink their first night but she never received them. So later that day, she went to the front desk to ask about them and the girl told her ‘No you can only get those at check in’ and refused to give her ONE bottle of water. She just kept drinking her starbucks and couldn’t care less. My parents are very low maintenance and I’m fairly positive my mom thought the water would just be in the room and she didn’t have to ask for it at check in. I am honestly very proud of my mom for even asking and the lack of care for a paying customer is insane.nnEither way, it is 2025 - I don’t care how convenient your location is, how nice your hotel may be. We need to move away from letting people believe that they can do the bare minimum and you’ll still pay so it’s fine - hospitality goes far beyond that.nnSo no, I do not recommend this hotel and no we will not tell our guests they can book here for a full inflated price but thanks for letting us know we can.

This may be listed as a 3-Star hotel, but it was a five star experience. The price was great and we changed our trip just to stay here. Normally we are closer to Albany, but we came anyway. First ... pool is heated. Thank you for understanding people don't want to be ice cold! The gym was really nice, and breakfast was amazing. Our room was very well taken care of, which was expected at an Embassy. Best shower we have seen in a while though too. It didn't leak on the ground despite being a glass door shower!nnBreakfast was on point and better than most places. Everything was well taken care of and people picked up our plates! That never happens. Just great service all around this time.nnOnly downside was our remote didn't pair to our TV in the bedroom. I know how to work the button on the TV itself though so no stars off. Just check the remote pairing in room 444 if you happen to read this!nnOverall, great experience. Hilton is my brand and places like this is why.

This Embassy Suites was amazing as Embassy Suites always are. Free breakfast made it easy for my family - no decision to make in the morning. The room was nice and spacious. My family had a relaxing time there.

We had a great anniversary weekend here. The hotel staff was friendly the room was clean and spacious and the evening reception and breakfast were wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are tired. Really need updating can’t justify the price when it is need of repairs so badly. Shame on the local management. Toilet cracked and cut my finger twice, tv had huge cracks in the screen causing everything to be distorted. Remote batteries dead. I’m a loyal Hilton honors member and guest. This hotel is by far not the best experience. I said medium on location because you have several homeless sleeping around the building so walking back from Broadway is dark and was iffy. Parking lot is really dark. Service was low scoring as bartender could use some customer service training. I was there 4 nights and many times wished I had stayed elsewhere in Saratoga.
