Great Stay at Hampton Inn & SuitesnnI travel a lot for work, so I really appreciate when I encounter exceptional service. Hampton Inn & Suites did not disappoint. Maura was incredibly friendly at check-in, and we had a great conversation about the military. Ted was also a huge help when I was running late—he went above and beyond to assist me. The room was clean and comfortable. I truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality I experienced here. Highly recommend this hotel!
First time in Saratoga Springs! After carefully researching many top hotels in this area, we cancelled with one of the oldest hotel, and booked here, a decision that elevated our trip! Maura and Joshua were exceptional in providing us with the ultimate guest experience. Thanks for the history lessons of this beautiful town. Your recommendations of must-visit places completed this trip. We can’t wait to come back to this hotel! 10 stars!
I travel a lot and have been to 100’s of hotel. This hotel by FAR provided one of the best experiences I’ve EVER had. When I stepped foot in the place, the inside was flawless!! The staff was amazing, courteous and kind!! This place gave a mix of home and pricey and what I paid was surprisingly reasonable for the experience!! If you want CLEAN and COMFY…… this is the place. Great job!!!
Rooms are clean, modern and well kept. Lobby is very comfortable with lots of places to sit. Larger than typical indoor pool and well stocked fitness room for a hotel. Location is perfect if you want to be able to walk downstairs. I can honestly say this is my goto hotel now for visiting by daughter at Skidmore College.
I had a very unsettling stay at the Hampton Inn in Saratoga, and unfortunately, it was a situation that completely soured my visit. In the morning, someone shined a bright light under my hotel room door, disturbing my peace and sleep. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel management, I was shocked by their lack of urgency and accountability. The manager excused the behavior and offered excuse after excuse, which only made me feel unheard and disrespected.nnThis kind of behavior, especially when dealing with guests' comfort and safety, should never be tolerated. Instead of addressing the issue seriously, the management's response was dismissive at best. Given how poorly the situation was handled, I will not be staying at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
