It's fine, great service, but the amenities are quite limited and the location is a bit far from the convention center. There is a bowling alley and park nearby.

No frills hotel, that can be said up front. The staff is great, tremendously helpful and friendly. Easy access and parking. Walki g distance to downtown. Great value at this price.

Good price and great service. Rooms feel a bit dated but very clean. Would stay again if in town.

When traveling I look for just three attributes in my hotel rooms: clean, comfortable, and quiet. This little family owned motel manages to hit all three and offers a wonderful personal touch to boot. For example, when you dial zero the call goes directly to the owner's house. The beds are the same comfort level that I have experienced and much, much more expensive hotels. And you simply cannot beat the three minute walk to downtown Saratoga Springs. I will definitely be visiting here again.
