I stayed at that hotel for 6 months straight for work and I loved it. From the front counter receptionists to the working staff, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean, always smells fresh and whenever I had a request they went above and beyond. The location was also perfect, you have a car rental place near by walking distance, shoppers drug mart next door, groceries walking distance and a plaza 5 minutes away driving. I used their gym and it gets the job done. Room 518 was home for a while and I enjoyed my time there.
We’ve stayed here twice for 3 weeks each time as a family of three and have been really impressed with the service each time. The staff are warm, friendly, and really go above and beyond to help accommodate their guests and make their days brighter. People seem genuinely happy to work here, too, which is so nice to see—it makes for a great atmosphere.nnIf you’re visiting in the summer but don’t intend to spend all of your time downtown, this place is great in terms of location. We made use of the pool on rainy days, and Mooney’s Bay beach is a 4-minute drive away. You’re also close to a variety of restaurants our favourite is the Pelican Grill, also a 4-minute drive from the hotel. You can also walk across the street to the Shoppers Drug Mart for staples to stock your fridge and pantry if you’d rather make meals at the hotel.nnThis area is wonderfully quiet and makes for a restful stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained, and there are options for breakfast that change daily. And there’s coffee both regular and decaf available in the lobby virtually 24/7.nnThis is a great place for families, especially for longer stays. Can’t recommend it enough. :
This hotel is absolutely spotless and exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness and attention to detail are truly impressive. I am so pleased with my stay here, and it has been such a memorable experience. I feel blessed to have found such a wonderful place. Highly recommend.
Stayed with my family of 4. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Room was very clean and well appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool. We also really enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast. Would recommend to other families visiting Ottawa.
Wonderful staff. Property seems either new or recently renovated.nRooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.nConvenient location to both airport and central to Ottawa without being downtown.
