Crown Park by Brookfield Residential

First of all the Sales Centre experience was great. The problem is the products, quality, and pricing.nnBrookfield really messed up the execution. Pricing is for luxury inner city homes, but with base builder grade finishes, and poor build quality. The closest comparison is Currie, however similar products are $200-$300k less with significantly better quality finishes. For example, for $1.3M you shouldn’t have knock down ceiling, linoleum floors, electric fireplaces with a stucco facade, base Moen bath fixtures, white plastic Vapor exhaust pipes at the front of the home, plus $10 silver house number crookedly installed on each unit. It’s laughable. Whomever at Brookfield is in charge of this project should be fired. Yikes!

She didn't just leave us at a dead end; instead, she went above and beyond by guiding us towards other projects and recommending salespersons who could assist us further.nnThanks to Shannon's invaluable help and her willingness to go the extra mile, we eventually found and purchased our first home. This area was donated to the city for retirement homes only. This company comes in and rips out all the trees. Doesn't upgrade the very problematic water system. And is building monstrous townhomes definitely not for retirement. Avoid!
