The team at Intramed were great. Very professional and efficient. The procedure itself was very quick and virtually painless. Only thing that was felt was something similar to a pinch to your arm and a tiny snap of an elastic band. Would recommend anyone thinking of going through with it to go here.

I requested an appointment for my baby who is coming out anytime soon. Filled out the forms online with my information. Didn’t miss out any of the questions. Just for them to decline my appointment and send me a ridiculous email. Like how about sending me an email or calling me to ask for an additional information if clearly your website doesn’t have the capacity for more information. Rather they declined my appointment.nn“Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm your appointment request at 12:30 PM MST on 4th November 2024 as we need the patient's information. Also, please disregard the payment link that was sent to you in error.nnIf you would like to rebook your appointment, please feel free to request another appointment online with the correct details or give our office a call at 403-255-6196. We look forward to assisting you.”nnAs you need patient’s information - maybe have a better website that shows or says patient and parent information or gap/space where a parent can say oh “the child isn’t born yet” or pick up your phone and call to ask for more information.nnWell… I’d just go somewhere else.

Tried to book in last week, but the payment portal wasn't working? Tried with a few different cards/browsers. I sent them a message to ask if I can call in to pay but never heard back, they cancelled my appointment without ever replying. Unfortunately need better service than that for something like this!

Will recommend to anyone looking for a vasectomy. Procedure was a breeze. Staff were very nice and professional. No concerns at all. Thank you!
