Beautiful scenery and fabulous perspective over the city river Bow, to take photos. Lucky to find an easy parking spot, but shouldn’t be that easy usually, maybe due to long weekend. Fortunately, could use the spot to see downtown, Prince’s Island Park, Stephen Avenue and Devonian Gardens, as well. Good zone to walk for half an hour, other than that nothing else to do over there.
The Peace Bridge in Calgary is an architectural marvel and a must-see landmark. Its striking design and vibrant red color make it a beautiful addition to the city's skyline. The bridge provides a scenic and enjoyable crossing over the Bow River, perfect for both pedestrians and cyclists. Its thoughtful design and aesthetic appeal make it a popular spot for photos and leisurely strolls. A visit to Calgary isn't complete without experiencing the Peace Bridge!
It is pretty ordinary during day time. But does have a different spark on it at night time. It lights up like a Christmas tree and the interior seems beautiful. The river or lake around it is also beautifully sparkling.
Beautiful place to relax as you have a park by the side and the bow river flowing below. It was raining though when we went but if it was a sunny day it would be beautiful.
This is a nice area in the middle of bow river. The peace bridge has seen lots of issues in the past but now it’s restored again.nnThere are usually lots of people when you cross the bridge towards downtown. Summer is great here too with musicians and ice cream trucks on the other side.
