Never had such a positive experience before. I was so anxious going in to my appointments, but every single staff member I came into contact with did everything possible to relieve that.nnThey were also very quick to get back to me after my first contact to make an appointment, and appointment details are shared clearly and precisely. The use of the text message reminders was nice.nnIf you look at the negative reviews, alot of them are quite old. My guess is that some of those less compassionate staff members have been replaced.

I first learned of the Kensington Clinic over a decade ago. Great staff who truly care about their patients. Medical abortions mifepristone, RU-486 are prescribed with appropriate oversight. Thank you to the Kensington Clinic for making sure women get the help they need safely and responsibly by only prescribing abortion pills in person.

Very nice clinic..they were so polite and kind…from the receptionist to the doctors.Wait times were very little.Even when all other clinics refused to attend to me cuz I am a refugee,this clinic didn’t hesitate to attend to me..I’m soo grateful.

I was very scared at first but they honestly made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, I found out I was having two babies and my head was all over the place with confusion. But everyone was there each step of the way. Ladies if you feel like you have to , it’s your decision and they are behind you every step of the way. The procedure was so fast and I didn’t feel a thing! I want to thank everyone there.

My girlfriend is having an extremely bad pregnancy and can do nothing but sleep all day. She missed the conformation phone call by SIXTY SECONDS. And they gave away her appointment and gave her one for a MONTH later. How can you have absolutely 0 compassion as a clinic that offers these services. Thanks a lot.
