Real Canadian Superstore

A rather large superstore with a wide selection of hard to find items. I was able to find items such as rice cooking wine and small cans of extra spicy clamato here that I have not seen in the smaller superstore by my home. It can be busy and crowded but I feel the selection is worth it. We come about 4 times a year.

Click n collect is sloooowwwww and you'll be waiting there 15-25 min even when you are first parked.. I've been using their click n collect for years now and my review is based on my weekly experience.nnI wished Walmart had better quality fruits and veggies or I'd cancel my superstore app.

Sure the store looks nice, but the lack of signage for the isles is awful. I was simply looking for baking supplies such as chocolate chips, walked the store twice, asked two different people, one lady rudly told me she worked in produce before walking away, didn't offer to find me help. The other was a guy, who didn't seem to know anything, was just confused the entire interaction, told me he would go find someone, I waited over 5 minutes before giving up and just going to another store. Not the first time I've gotten poor customer service there, they just hire whoever and clearly do not provide training on how to give basic customer service.

I called this store and just wanted to ask if they have a stock for an item needed for my kid’s illness. Called the pharmacy, and the lady who attended my call was not very helpful she definitely needs a customer service training and dismissed me saying it’s not within their department as it is an OTC item. Called again and I’ve been passed to different extension numbers such as bakery, online shopping, beauty and cosmetics, and grocery but no one could direct me to the right department and ended up hanged on the call. This store location’s manager needs to check their structure, and refresh their staff on CSR skills especially the one in pharmacy.

Definitely room for improvement at this store.nSeveral items are not priced, the carts for the most part are rickety and unpleasant to use. The organic spinach and mushrooms have moisture in them and they’re already rotting even though they have a decent best before date. I don’t understand why week after week there is rotting food because it’s been washed and not dried properly.
