Staff is friendly and store is relatively clean. However, they rarely have carts at the front of the store. I do Door Dash grocery pick ups a lot here, and I most always have to bring a cart from the parking lot. Sad to see older people go to the front, and then have to go back to the lot - especially in cold weather. Also, women's washroom never has the toilet paper in the holder - its just put on the shelf which is pretty unsanitary.
The bathrooms here are filthy and absolutely unfunctionable for disabled. The toilet paper holder is right next to the toilet but instead, they put a roll all the way across the stall. This has been brought to the attention of the store, and apparently it's not that important to them. I don't ordinarily take pictures in the bathroom but nobody else was in there, and I think they really need to see the point. I doubt it will matter to them, but it might matter to somebody in a wheelchair that needs the bathroom.
Good super storennThey always have the new products which i dont see in other stores
Since this Superstore is close to my home, I usually do my shopping here. However, in the last period, 3-4 times the alarm went off at the exit, as if it was treated as a suspicious transaction - stolen, and I was very embarrassed. The security guard or the customer service staff saw that there was no problem when the device caught hold. The loud alarm went off, I was very embarrassed because this market was busy and the grocery cart was locked at the exit. I guess there is a system malfunction. But the attitudes of the security guard and the staff offended me. That's why I don't want to shop in this market. I have never witnessed so many alarms going off in other markets.
The bakery department could invest more in hairnets and related training. I did not appreciate the strand of long hair baked into the rye bread. If this is a consistent issue, AHS might not appreciate that either.
