VR Mini Supermarket

Do have a lot of stuff a South Indian family needs in their day to day cooking. However, one could probably find a little bit better pricing elsewhere and hence 3 stars. Having said that, they do carry some hard to find items. Availability of these items are not guaranteed every time one visit which is a bit disappointing, though one must understand that these could be very low volume sale items. All in all, this is a welcome addition to the choices and will recommend a visit especially if you are from South India.

Best place to grab Indian grocery. All south Indian groceries available here in this NW Edmonton shop. And recently they are bringing in Fiji & Malaysia groceries as well. All products such as Aachi, Shakthi, Ruchi, Idly rice, Dosa batter is available. I would highly recommend this shop for Indians living in West Edmonton.

The owner and his famiy are all very nice. The selection is small and oriented towards their culture which is beautiful and interesting to look over.
