M&M Food Market

I was just at you Oliver Square M&M store in Edmonton, AB and parked in the click and collect stall. I was NOT even out of my car yet and a VERY RUDE woman with long brown hair came out with another guy and said excuse me are you here to click and collect for M&M. I said I’m here to come purchase stuff. She said you have to leave this stall and proceeded to tell me that click and collect was for their customers who had inabilities. And proceeded to point at the sign. Firstly, I thought the sign said for M&M shoppers only (my bad). But that woman proceeded to humiliate me and talking to me like I’m an idiot. If she would have looked at my leg, she would have seen I was in an “Aircast” but no... she just looked at me like I was a disgusting fat person who just didn’t want to walk! I will NEVER shop at your stores again! Complete rudeness and humiliation and the fact that she brought a guy out with her like some sort of bouncer is even more sick! What the heck happened to customer service? Disgusting
