Picked up an on-line order the other day and was absolutely shocked when I was unpacking my groceries to see that the ground beef was from New Zealand. Really Superstore? In Alberta? Not acceptable.nWhen you do an on-line order, all products have the following disclaimer:n“We do our best to be accurate with respect to the advertised ingredients, nutritional information, product images, country of origin, and descriptions listed on our app/website.”nThis would be great if you could actually read the product information on the image provided. The photos are often not clear enough to read the print on a product, clicking on the magnifying glass makes the image smaller instead of larger, and, when you make the photo larger, everything becomes even more blurred.nIn the case of the ground beef, there was nothing in the description other than a product number, and there is no way you could read the country of origin in the on-line photo. Who is going to consider, when all the other cuts of beef are Canadian, that the ground beef would come from overseas? So frustrating.nTo compare; the first photo I took is the package from my order, the second is from the on-line ordering page.nn*I want to be clear that this rating has nothing to do with the staff who picked my order or delivered it to my vehicle.
Went in to buy .a cardigan. After searching through found my size. Every size in that exact style was on sale. All had different codes and all were on the sale rack. The self checkout young lady was friendly, the other two not so much and then the young lady at the change rooms went out of her way to look up the prices and the one I had was indeed on sale. Just not quite the reduced prices as the other. Very frustrating when the exact cardigan, on the same rack has onenpriced differently and rang in at full price. You should honour the price! Had an issue with pricing on hamburger the last time I was here. Very disappointed with this location!
I’ve been doing my grocery shopping at this specific Superstore branch for over 5 years now, and the experience just keeps getting better. The ordering process for grocery pickup is incredibly easy and convenient,neverything is always ready on time and exactly as expected. The staff are wonderful, and I want to give a special shout-out to Megan and Hope for being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Their outstanding customer service is one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location for a smooth, stress-free shopping experience!
They have almost every grocery need you can think of! I mainly shop here for groceries. The only reason I put 4 instead of five stars is because they started limiting the amount of free items. Really. When I'm promised a free thing every $300 I spend and then I spend over $900 on occasion, then I'm told I only get two free things. Just seems a little cheap of Superstore to do that. I've started going to the customer service desk and asking them to return $300 worth of groceries I just bought so that I can buy it again and get the free item.
I've been shopping at superstore on and off for 2 years now.. occasionally I find things expensive and other times they have good sales.. I've had lots of excellent customers service from the staff and especially magan... she has always been friendly and helpful.. same with cashiers.. I like the diversity of the staff and often will have a quick laugh with several of them.. they are kind and considerate..it is a nice place to shop.
