I have been shopping in this store since the day it opened. The older lady with a face mask in the self checkout has to be the rudest employee I have ever come across. They had some prices wrong and she didn’t want to do anything about it. I spoke with the manager and that was awkward. I didn’t feel like he even cared or wanted to be there. Sad, really. I find more often than not they have a price on the shelf and a different price at the register. Not a happy customer. I will shop elsewhere.
Teresa at the Deli counter is amazing! Fastest and friendliest clerk I’ve ever met at this store. I’ve never had anyone cut meat and package it as fast as she did. Wonderful experience!
The quality and price of food were satisfactory. The pharmacy and medical staff were excellent. However, I am disappointed to observe the significant increase in prices for Joe Fresh clothing. While the prices were previously reasonable, this raises questions about the overall pricing strategy for food items. Despite the unchanged quality of the clothing, the new prices are excessive.
I always use the click and collect. Sometimes it’s good. Sometimes it’s bad. Sometimes you get a bag of rotting onions. Sometimes your apples are perfect. I ended up buying 4 blue bins to use for my groceries last year and then this location decided to stop using the blue bin program because apparently it’s a ‘waste of time’ according to the manger of the click and collect department. So I either have to load the groceries myself into the blue bins and return the trolley myself or I’m stuck with a bunch of empty boxes that I need to recycle myself. So I mean, that’s a waste of my time. But they’re not paying me, so I guess it doesn’t matter. LOL
Slushy machine.. not in stock.. wouldn't give raincheck.. also lost out on bonus points. Not happy
