The owners should not let their sons - the Filipino ones- take charge of the store, especially the older one of them. He always looks grumpy, like customers owe him a favor, would never greet customers, and is always on his electronics instead of helping customers. The better person working there when the lady owner isn't around is her stepson. He is always pleasant.
