Limited selection, but good for the basics. Need to go early for some of the sales features, too far from home to want to bother with rain cheques for me.

Co-op food store is a little pricier than some places it has a good food market selection not as big as some please like Friesen Brothers Walmart or superstore but it is kind of like a nice neighborhood grocery store . Good service and nice people.
