Sobeys - Spruce Grove

Really made me uncomfortable......So had a parcel to pick up at the post office in Sobeys and decided to grab some shampoo..went to a open cashier to realize she's arguing like a child to another cashier a few isles away ...but she was actually the elder of the employees who where arguing and bickering the cashier was slow helping me and didn't offer a bag and actually was to distracted to tell me the price but figured it out and got the he'll out-of there ...verging immature and unprofessional....my first time witnessing a "in real time" Karen

Sobeys is a great place to shop but can, at times, be more expensive than other stores. What do you get for your money, the best bread, fresh vegetables and a great, intimate shopping experience.

I was in a big hurry heading to the airport and was very fortunate to have Megan working the post office counter. Thank you Megan I made my flight because of your help, great postal outlet because of you.

This grocery store is a great place to get fresh baked goods from the bakery section. It's always super soft bread and buns. This stores employees are very welcoming and always have smiles to greet you with. Also the bathroom is kept very clean as well!

I had the pleasure of meeting Darrion today while picking up a few things on the way home from work. He was a very polite and helpful cashier, what a very kind young man. It's nice to see some old fashion customer service, great job Sobeys!!

Tonight I spent an hour gathering my groceries when the power went out. I was at the back of the store and it was pitch black in the store. Not one staff member checked the store to make sure people were Ok. I have a light on my cell phone which I was able to turn on to find my way to the cashiers. There was emergency lighting at the front of the store yet nothing down the aisles or at the back of the store. This is unsafe and should be addressed. I had to leave the store without my groceries as none of the cash checkouts were working. It was a power outage out of the store's control. Checking the aisles for people is a must for safety reasons and more emergency lighting would also be safer. Why the staff did not have enough power to operate one cash machine is also a no brainer. Managers need safety training so they can properly manage the store in a power outage.
