Walmart Supercentre

Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop because it has a wide variety of products at affordable prices. The store is clean, well-organized, and it's easy to find what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is usually fast. I especially appreciate the fresh groceries, household essentials, and great weekly deals. This Walmart located at Scarborough Town Centre is one of the most convenient locations I have visited. The store has plenty of parking available both upstairs and downstairs, which makes shopping much easier even during busy hours.nnI have never faced any major issues at this location. The store is usually well arranged, organized, and easy to navigate. Overall, it provides a smooth and comfortable shopping experience, and the convenient location inside Scarborough Town Centre makes it even better.

On multiple occasions, I have placed orders expecting a smooth and timely pickup or delivery. However, the process has been consistently disappointing. Orders are often not ready at the scheduled pickup time, forcing customers to wait unnecessarily without clear communication or updates. In some cases, the delays are excessive, and it feels like there is a lack of coordination among staff handling online orders.nnAdditionally, the overall efficiency and organization of the pickup system appear to be poor. Customers are left waiting for long periods, and it seems that staff are either understaffed or not properly managing the workload. This defeats the purpose of using online ordering, which is supposed to save time and provide convenience.nnI strongly recommend that you review and improve your online order fulfillment process, including better staff training, clearer communication, and more accurate scheduling. Customers rely on these services, and the current experience does not meet reasonable expectations.nnI hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life today.nnI had previously purchased a Jetstream carry-on suitcase from Walmart and wanted to buy another one of the same model. I was happy to see it was in stock, so I brought it to the cashier. Unfortunately, there was no barcode on the luggage.nnThe cashier, Kesha, was on her phone when I approached. She didn’t greet me, smile, or make me feel welcome in any way. She appeared more focused on her phone than on helping customers, which came across as very unprofessional.nnShe simply told me there was no barcode. I politely asked if she could please check for it. The label on the luggage said “4 piece,” which I knew referred to the four pieces included with the luggage set. Without making any effort to verify the item, she looked at her phone and told me they couldn’t sell it because it was only sold as a set of four. I explained that I had purchased the exact same luggage before and asked if she could please check or confirm with someone. She refused and responded rudely without trying to help.nnAt that point, I decided to leave because I didn’t want to shop somewhere I didn’t feel valued as a customer. The lack of respect, professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to assist was extremely disappointing. A simple greeting, a smile, and a genuine effort to help can make a huge difference in a customer’s experience.nnI hope Walmart addresses this and provides better customer service training. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.nnThank you.

I recently had a terrible experience at the Scarborough town centre Walmart. My daughter was congested due to a cold, and my boyfriend went to Walmart at 10:15 pm to buy the hydrasense nasal care. However, an associate told him that purchases of this item are not allowed after a certain time and advised him to return in the morning. The associate didn't take the time to look into the matter or ask any questions. This item is not medicated, which makes the whole situation even more frustrating. My boyfriend ended up buying the same item from Shopper's Drug Mart without any issues, but at a higher price. Walmart needs to educate its employees on their policies.
