Walmart Supercentre

Very disappointed with my experience at this Walmart today around 10 AM. I found a set of two chairs clearly marked at $12, but at the checkout, I was told a much higher price. When I asked for help, a staff member named Frezana was dismissive and unprofessional. She refused to acknowledge the price tag, blocked another employee from assisting me, and made the whole situation uncomfortable. I even went back, took a photo of the shelf showing $12, and showed it to the cashier, but they still refused to honor it.nnThere were no other chairs in that section — it was clearly labeled. Yet I was treated like I was trying to deceive them. Very disappointing behavior from staff, and not what I expect from a store like Walmart. Poor customer service and misleading pricing — I hope management addresses this.

I had a great experience at the Scarborough Walmart today thanks to one of the staff members, Justin. He went out of his way to help me find a product I’d been searching for, and he was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional throughout the process. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days. I really appreciated his effort and kindness. Thanks again, Justin!

Farzana from customer service was absolutely terrible.. she had a horrible attitude and was no help what so ever. Telling me that the hot wheels were 1.97, when I took them from spots that were clearly 1.33. We showed her multiple photos and she just kept saying they were 1.97 without actually looking or calling someone to check the prices, absolutely ridiculous, don’t know how someone like her is in costumer service when this is how she works.

Beware that products past their best before dates are still being sold on the shelves. I purchased a sunbutter frozen product last week and upon consuming it today, I noticed the box mentioned the best before date as December 2024. There are no Walmart associates to assist with shoppers queries and their customer service/refunds area is slow.

While the actual selection at this Walmart is decent I couldn’t believe they when I did a large grocery shop and forgot my reusable bags, that the only bags that Walmart had to purchase outside of a brown paper bag cost 2.45! This is absurd. You should have the low cost reusable bags like any other store available. Having to tack on 10 dollars to my grocery bill just for bags is an absurd cash grab. Never again.
