The hotel and room was clean enough, but our room was quite small. The side doors coming in from the parking lot were unlocked and no use of the key cards were needed, which was something that needs addressed for security reasons. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We did see several spiders in the room, but in all fairness, it was chilly and the season is fall, so they are looking for warm places. We didn't have breakfast, but the coffee was quite good. The dining area was also very clean.

Good hotel with a decent breakfast. The room was nice sized and staff seemed very friendly. Overall I would stay here again especially with the rate we received through Wyndham rewards program. Great value, which is hard to find in the Dells.

Decent place for a rest. Room was rather cold & I turned heater on but it was rather loud during its cycle so I had to turn it back off. Can be a little noisy due to thin walls, but overall if you are just there for a night...it's ok

If you're looking for a cheap stay and have no expectations stay here. They let us check in early, even though they have a sign and told us right when we got there that they don't allow check in until 4p. The person that checked us in seemed over worked and I rarely saw other staff. When I did, it was always someone different and nobody was in any kind of uniform. I only stayed one night so it seemed weird to have that much staff turnover in a day. The room was okay, but had some cream on the bathroom handle and hair in the tub. The check in guy had to explain to his "helper" how he should be checking over rooms. The TV just showed up as a small box in the main screen and when adjusted was to wide for the TV. Remote didn't control channel changing. The sauna was closed. The pool went to 5' and the hot tub fit 5. It was very loud/echoes in the pool area. They ran out of towels. Pool was open until 12a with adult time starting at 10p. There are contradicting signs about the times. Breakfast was very busy, but had plenty of options and all the food that you would expect. It went from 630-11a. There is a small room that can be rented for parties so don't get room 104 or the next few up on the first floor of you want some quiet. Overall it's not a quiet hotel and I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.

We stayed here and loved the location as well as the price! The manager was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!!
