Worst tubing experience I've ever had. Extremely disorganized and unhelpful staff. No one knew what was going on. There were 4 people ahead of us, but we ended up waiting well over an hour at the doc at the resort. Someone in the crowd waiting said we were waiting for tubes even though there was a trailer of 50+ tubes back up near the bait shop. Once the tubes were finally delivered to the doc, it was a chaotic mad dash with everyone from the line running around and trying to grab for tubes. We finally got on the company pontoon boat to ride to the starting point, when the worker made 6 out of the 10 people in my group get onto a STRANGERS speed boat who DIDN'T EVEN WORK FOR THE RESORT so they could take us up to the starting area. Once we arrived at the beach where we are supposed to start tubing, our tubes were given to another group. We ended up stranded on the beach area waiting for tubes for at least another hour and a half. Will never use this company again, and highly recommend you don't either.

Pros: Good, clean building, reasonable rates, and convenient location. Cons: Beds were very stiff and uncomfy. Heater unit was positioned several feet away from bed in the room, keeping me awake, and forcing me to the couch to have a chance of getting rest. Other roommates were able to sleep through the night, but complained of comfort of beds. Would likely stay at again, so long as I brought a sleeping bag.

The staff at the bait shop renting out the tubes were openly rude to customers who were confused about what they were supposed to be doing and offered no help. The people renting the tubes should definitely know what is going on down at the dock or be able to offer some kind of instruction. Once you are down at the loading area, you basically have to figure out what to do and where to go on your own. Their saving grace is the boat driver, Leon, who is a straight G who actually seems to care about what he's doing. All of you should try to be a little bit more like my boy Leon.
Despite the disorganization, we still had a blast once we were on the tubes. So, would still recommend going.

I would LOVE to give this beautiful resort 5 stars, but for a correctable oversight on management this place is tops. My little beef was that in the kitchen the utensils that are there are really cheap, the manual can opener disintegrated in our hands and we had to open our cans with K bar (an army knife) that I happen to have.... there was one hair dryer for four women to use, but honestly the rest of the kitchen was spacious and had all the pots, pans, glassware, and plates needed for four people.....but on to the GREAT stuff. The cabin was so perfect. We stayed in a cabin across the road from the main resort area. The grounds were pristine, and the cabin was woodsy (a very comfortable and relaxing abode). One thing that might bother some folks is that the bedrooms are in the "open" concept. No walls that go up to the ceiling for privacy. One could reenact the Walton's bedtime scene by wishing everyone a good nights rest (my suggestion-don't eat beans lol) The beds were comfy. A nice deck that wrapped around the corner of the cabin made for a cozy night time area to relax. The was no private fire pit, but there was a nice BBQ grill. The boathouse has everything an angler or a casual swimmer could wish: live bait, fishing license, all fishing tackle that you could want, boat rentals, snacks and more. The place can get very busy so keep that in mind when reading some reviews claiming the staff was maybe not up to their service expectations. We had a very nice lady that took care of us with a smile all weekend. The Pub and Grub is a great place to have breakfast with a really cool aquarium with most of Wisconsin's native fish to view. The grub was plentiful and tasty (good presentation). You wont go wrong by getting the hash browns! The Pub area itself is a nice place to hang in the event of inclement weather. I guess that about sums it up. Stay at this place and you will just enjoy yourself no end! Oh...and the fishing off shores by the beach was productive in the evening and if you go across the river, down the hill on the first road on the right that follows the river....there is good Walleye fishing....quite a few snags, I suggest plenty of wolf river rigs because the current is strong! Nail one for me!

It is a great place to have fun. The beach is very nice, you can rent boats and canoes, and they have a really cool bait shop. This place is a place that I am coming back to more often.
