U gotta stay & play in the dual water park which is perfect for any age family. Even in the one area that was set up for toddlers there is a king size hot tub designed like a river. Super clean huge rooms complete with fridge, microwave table & 2 chairs plus a bonus comfy chair to relax in the room. Staff has the art of guest hospitality engraved on their team. They don't serve breakfast which makes sense as rates r affordable to allow u to dine at the numerous fun restaurants within walking distance. We will escape to this Wisconsin Dells destination again.

EXTREAMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER who is also the MANAGER OF THE HOTEL. I went down a slide and the mat at the bottom of the slide was tore up and my toe caught on it twisting my ankle and my knee. Owner/Manager came to look at Matt and I asked if they were going to fix it, and that I got hurt he said they could issue me a full refund and I could leave the hotel! HOW RUDE! I WAS SHOCKED TO BE TREATED SO HORRIBLY AFTER GETTING HURT no apology was given just pure rudeness and no sympathy for what wasn't even my fault. And basically telling me to leave by just offering me a refund, i was had just checked in about 30min. Before the incident so we weren't there long. The Room is extreamly small, smells musty and was freezing cold no heat was on. I will NOT ever stay here nor do I recommend.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though not recently updated. The indoor water park was perfect for my 6 and 3 year olds, and they also enjoyed the nice sized indoor and outdoor pools and slides. With Noah' s Ark passes included, the Grand Marquis is an excellent value. We had such a great time that we decided to stay an extra night. We will definitely return!

We had a good stay at the Grand Marquis Hotel. We found the registration desk clerks very friendly and helpful, the room clean and adequate, and the location ideal. There are two big drawbacks. The wifi is almost non-existent and there is no common area to gather in if you are doing a three family vacation (as was our experience). They have a great second floor atrium area with tables and chairs which they selfishly do not use. That made it very unhandy when our families wanted to order pizza. They do have about five outdoor picnic tables that were never available for us.

Wonderful staff. Nice sized water parks for little kids. Rooms are standard but comfortable.
