Great location though the outlet malls are a little too alluring for my husband, great pool I've only been during winter tho, and most importantly, great staff. I was nervous because there are new owners. We come every year and stay in the presidential suite. Fortunately the staff was still amazing; the breakfast is still phenomenal sad for the staff that they don't cook for you anymore but they appropriately shifted to automatic pancake makers etc, we all know that's part of new ownership; glad to see a new retro arcade machine ironically more retro games than the Dells "retro" arcades ha; and the Suite was renovated. Only issues this stay with the new owners: the master shower handles still are wonky, and I never like to celebrate downsizing staff no lifeguard now, staff having to multitask, etc. Still, every year I have been so happy with my stay. The staff continue to be amazing. And the amenities are perfect for this non-"resort" type dells hotel.
We stayed at this hotel May 31st to June 5th 2022. It is conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. This was our first time in the Dells and it was an amazing family vacation. The beds are comfortable we had a connecting room. Due to covid restrictions no housekeeping if you were staying less than 7 days but if you needed anything like towels you called the front desk and let them know and they are very quick to bring things to you. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were always on top of stocking the breakfast bar when something ran out. The pool was amazing they have an outdoor and they have 2 pools inside and a hot tub. My kids loved the kiddie pool and the slide was fun. 10/10 would recommend and definitely would stay here again
Excellent location to everything in the dells. Comfortable rooms, fun pool for younger kids, and big hot breakfast with many options. Attentive staff and they give you knucklehead attraction wristbands for everyone in your room! worth over $100 for family of 4. I highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5
