Some sharp areas in the hot tub, my kid got multiple cuts and scapes.nnStaff is friendly and attentive. Bed and room is good for its price.nnNoise can be heard from people in the hallway even though they didn’t mean to be loud. The normal conversation and walk step can easily feel and heard.nnMinus 1 star for no body wash & dirty shower liner… even I told them, there is still no body wash after housekeeping attended our room. And they never answer my in-house call.nnNote - Chlorine is quite high for our family. All of us shows signs of reaction from mild to moderate.
Great hotel over all!nThe staff was wonderful and inviting. The receptionist told us about things happening during our stay and gave us coupons for those events. The kiddie pool was perfect for our toddler and the larger pool was very nice and a good temperature. The breakfast was great! The breakfast staff was wonderful! Even when the pancake machine was malfunctioning they were very friendly and helpful in getting it fixed.nnThe only cons were the shower leaked terribly and the shower curtain smelled very musty. They were repairing the slide deck on our second night so we were unable to use the slide which we were bummed about!nnWe will definitely come back to this location because of the great staff!
My family and I had a wonderful time. This hotel is very clean and has a very nice pool. The price is affordable and parking lot is decent. The receptionist are friendly and pleasant. Especially the receptionist Sandeca is very kind and was very welcoming to my family and I. She provided answers to my questions and was very friendly throughout my stay. I give this hotel 5 stars. Would come again!
Nice, but there are some odd things. Like the only mirror to look at yourself is right when you walk in the door. Look at pic. Hall door. Mirror. Bathroom door. You can’t back up to get a decent look as the mirror is between the hallway wall and bathroom door, behind you is coffee area. Then there’s the very bright sink vanity that’s in your room, not in with the bathroom. So only benefit is, if someone is showering or using restroom. You can use sink. But hopefully no one is sleeping because light is very bright. See pictures. Pool was wonderful! And very clean and comfortable.
This hotel was dirty. I learned staying here that they do not vacuum after every person leaves so think about that before you walk around barefoot or let your kids play on the floor. Our room had glass on the floor. The handyman Cody was great and helpful but over all this hotel needs some remodeling.
