Hampton Inn & Suites at Wisconsin Dells Lake Delton

My family and I had a small gathering last weekend. We rented the conference room, upon arrival we found the room didn't appear to be cleaned. There was days old food on the floor, the tables and chairs were filthy. After cleaning the conference room ourselves, we asked for the wifi info for the youngest child of our group to stay occupied. They refused to give this info, stating we needed to have a room in their hotel. After explaining we paid to use the conference room, they grudgingly shared the password. Needless to say, we will not visit this business again.

Great room however not much sound blocking from floor above.nI'm sure it was only because there were young children running around and thumping, it did quiet down after 9:00pm both nights.

Well, as many others have said, the room wasn't clean. And there's no reason for management to reply saying this is uncommon or not typical. This is a repeat issue based on reviews.

Filthy!!!!!nI booked due to the hotel having 4.5 stars and thinking it might be a cleaner option than some of the larger resorts. I was very wrong! We checked into our room to get ready for a wedding. The desk in the room was filthy with food still caked to the top, the little chair in the room had food spilled on it, bathroom had toenail clippings in the floor, and the sheets had makeup stains on them and had not been changed, but the bed was made, absolutely disgusting! We asked for a new room after the wedding and the room still had hair in the bathroom and filthy sheets . Never again!

Stayed for 2 nights location is great. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews the rooms are not that clean wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off/bit of mold in the shower. There were hair ties and crumbs in the pullout couch. The sheets had stains that looked like blood. We called to get another and were told they had no more. No bed bugs so that’s a relief. Pool was ok kids had fun. Food was ok the oatmeal was runny like soup not good.
