Hampton Inn & Suites at Wisconsin Dells Lake Delton

While Chad king in, front desk greeted us Nicky with a smile. They simply asked for an ID and credit card the usual. Then the lovely front desk proceeded by letting me know that I reached the diamond statues and I can pick bottles of water and some snacks the perks.nnRoom was clean and neat. Coffee in the room with a small fridge to cool your drinks.nBreakfast from 6-10, which is the usual eggs, potatoes, sausages, bagels which you can toast and more.nnHighly recommend and will be back. Thank you Hilton

This is a pet friendly location. Our first stay was awful. the dog next door was barking non stop. Obviously the owners were out. The front desk didn't seem too concerned. With persistence I was able to get the manager to move us to another room.nnOur next visit was better. Still this location is not our first choice in this area.

Nice and comfortable room for an overnight stay for a family of four. Breakfast was good and filling. Pool looked fun, but we didnt have time to take a dip. We will have to come back and try it out.

Unfortunately when we arrived our shower head wasn't cleaned properly and had black mold on it. Not good. However, when I informed the staff at the front desk the manager was there and within minutes they installed a new shower head. Very impressive and attentive to a problem. Not used to that. Kudos to the staff at this hotel. Plus it's centrally located near most of the attractions/restuarants if not a short drive away from them.

My family stayed here for 1 night and it was amazing. Great reception, clean and cozy environment. Close to stores and fast foods.nOnly downside is I wish they had a microwave in the room to warm our food.
