Hampton Inn & Suites at Wisconsin Dells Lake Delton

We went skiing at Cascade mountain and we're looking for a nice hotel (family with 3 kids). This was great with clean, newly decorated rooms, a nice pool and excellent buffet breakfast. Strongly recommended even if you don't have kids.

Very comfortable and modern atmosphere. We came to use the pool. Was disappointed that there was no hot tub. Also it was so cold inside the pool area. I was shivering the whole time and so uncomfortable but my daughter was having fun. I wish the inside air temp was warmer or the water was warmer. We had a good night sleep. The shower in the bathroom was so confusing at first. Then it was hard to tell which was was hot and cold because all of a sudden cold water started spraying out of nowhere so I turned the whole thing g off and on again and was able to get warm water again.

Great hotel. It looks and feels very modern, and it was a joy to stay in. The staff are also agreeable and willing to help you with a lot of things. Have not had a chance to try the complimentary breakfast or pool though.

We always stay in the Hilton family and this hotel has to be one of the most disappointing. We thought this would be a great experience since it was a new hotel but we sadly wrong. We stayed in a two queen room and upon arrival found hair in BOTH beds and crumbs (or something similar) stuck to one of the comforters. I also noticed hair in the shower. GROSS!!!! The pool was nice and when children came down to play it filled very quickly. There is also no hot tub. Otherwise, the staff was kind and the hotel was decorated very nice. With that being said, I can't see us staying here again. We will be going back to the Hilton Garden Inn.

The rooms & hotel were gorgeous! Free breakfast & fantastic services @ the front desk! Loved staying here!
