What a fabulous place! It's like a candy store for audio and video! I finally, after many years of passively looking, found a stereo shop that fixes your stuff that I can TRUST. If you are looking to purchase a sound or video system, or get yours repaired, GO THERE! I met 4 fabulous guys in the shop. Danny, who owns the place, Bernie, former owner, Joe, a fabulously nice guy, and Arthur, who is also an encyclopedia on electronics. They are nice, honest and very friendly, unlike other electronics places that I have been to. They are so comfortable to chat with that I could easily call them friends. I brought in my multi disc player to repair, and they were more than fair when it came to the price. I am a very perceptive person. I can tell you that they are the real deal when it comes to their honesty. I HIGHLY recommend them, and will absolutely bring in all my other gear to be repaired from now on. Thanks guys.

Brought in my old vinyl turntable which wasn't working on a Saturday afternoon. I had no idea what the issue could be. I called ahead and they mentioned the technician could have a look at it the following week. I arrived and they opened it up and inspected the unit and found the culprits: a worn out belt and needle. They immediately replaced the 2 parts on the spot. I also asked them to plug it into their sound system to give me the piece of mind that everything was working perfectly. They also took the time to answer all of my questions. They were very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to return and refer them to my friends. Thanks!

Brought in a turntable that my dad purchased in the 80's because the platter no longer turned when the arm was moved which is how that model works. Less than a week later they called saying it was done. Brought it home and it works perfectly. Cost a little more than expected because of the tax but still totally worth it.

My name is Danny Monaco , I am the owner of Radio St Hubert , after reviewing the cameras and discussing the incident with my staff , the gentleman in question that served this customer was the old owner that comes in once in awhile to visit and because we were all busy took it upon himself to help out . I did not see the problem but if the customer in question felt insulted , I take this very seriously and do regret the incident. Please accept my apologies and find it in your heart to forgive this older gentlemen .

Waste of time and money. Brought in a Yamaha receiver that had been randomly distorting completely in the right channel, sometimes working for 20 minutes to an hour. After explaining several times exactly what the problem was, and after telling me they had cleaned it and found no problems I was still having the exact same problem as soon as i plugged it in at home. Basically treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Brought it back with my own speakers and cables and they promised me they would get to the bottom of it. It sat in the shop for a week where they said they were testing it despite not actually testing with a phono input which I had explained repeatedly was when the problem was most often occurring. Basically they seemed unwilling to actually look any further into it especially since repairs were now covered under the guarantee from the first time they told me it was fixed. Felt like I was being shuffled off. Quote from the guy as I was leaving "Ya that is a annoying problem, for you". Brought it home and same problem within the hour. In sum it seems like they pick and choose what's worth fixing and if not they will find a way to do the bare minimum and collect the minimum fee.

Love this place! Best prices around for AV equipment fixes in MTL. They fixed a multitude of audio equipment and even fixed my Laserdisc player with ease. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They know their stuff like nobody else.
