Very impressive and clean new setup they got. The staff was super cool and easy to talk to and very helpful. Definitely reccomend for any musical needs.

I've been shopping at Steve's for years. I've stopped making substantial purchases from them due to shortfalls in basic business practices. Add to that the difficulty of obtaining an answer when you call the place, and you have the perfect excuse to shop at smaller stores, or even online. When a business doesn't care to answer/return calls, notify you when your purchased order has arrived, or care to provide a minimal level of customer service, it's easy to make the case for shopping online instead.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of instruments, great location, good prices. Everytime I go there with a question, someone takes the time to answer me. Everytime I go there to try a guitar, the staff s giving the space I need.
