Total and complete scam. When I paid, they first told me that my TV was out of stock, but that it would be in later that day and they could deliver it. Two more days passed and I was told that it was going to be delivered the next day. On that third day, I waited all day only to be told ‘I lived too far’ and they couldn’t deliver. I had given them my address when I first bought the TV, explained exactly how far I lived and exactly where it was and it was agreed upon and then confirmed several times. Once I managed to get back to the store to pick up my TV, I was told my TV wasn’t there and I had to go to a different store to pick it up. I finally got my TV and got it home to find it turned on for 2-3 minutes and then shut off. I called the store and the first question was ‘well did you break it?’ Wow, excellent customer service. They told me I could come in the next day and they would look at it and see if I had broken it or not. I ended up going through the manufacturer to have it repaired and it turns out they sold me a TV that was completely unrepairable. They also advertise the TV and one price and throw hidden costs in that aren’t explained or are waived off at time of purchase. Total and complete scam, incompetent people and a waste of my time and effort. Useless, don’t shop here unless you want your money wasted.

I never had to fight to get a TV model that I've fully paid for before! That is plainly ridiculous. I'll be missing half a day of work to get the store delivery (and that is after I went to the store and being told that a completely unrelated TV is the one that I've ordered!!!!!!!!). Also HOW IN HELL can a store take full payment when it doesn't actually have the merchandise in stock and not let the customer know right away?!?!?!?!? AND HOW IN HELL can you have the audacity after all of this of suggesting a customer to take an inferior TV model (valued at 400$ less) to the one that he dully paid for and suggest that it is the same stuff because you don't actually have it in stock?!?!?!? If the TV doesn't come in this morning as promised which is exactly what I'm actually expecting (there's no excuse as I live 5 blocks away from the store) I'll request a charge back at my credit card company and I'll fill a complaint at "Office de la protection du consommateur". I would give this a -5 but Google only allows 1 star. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this store AT ALL COST! This BS store is not worth a penny and a minute of consideration. UPDATE: *********** I did eventually receive the TV at around 12:30 after all. I'll give 2 stars because I DID receive the tv BUT never the less this was one of my worst customer experience. I pray for this screen not to break on me because it will most likely be a nightmare to get it covered by the store warranty.

B.S scammers. I ordered online, and paid right away. I called 1 week after and they acted as if they didn`t even know I placed an order. I ended up getting the boss`s number who has multiple different phone numbers by the way. He told me he didn`t have tv in stock and had me wait 3 weeks on him. I call back 3 weeks later and ask him if he has tv in stock and says no, I ask for a refund and he asks me to wait another week , which I do. After a week when i tried calling back, he wouldn`t pick up. After several tries, he picks phone up and says he doesn`t understand english!! Needless to say, I`m filing a dispute against him to get my refund because he isn`t going to. He says he has 2 year warranty, but after the experience I had, I would be surprised if he actually honors it. My advice would be to stay away from this seller.

Ils sont très rapide pour servir ses clients! Quand je suis entré dans le magasin, les employé m'ont accueilli immédiatement et ils m'ont aidé à trouver la barre de son que je voulait à un prix très bas!! Si vous avez la chance d'entrer dans le magasin, ne hésitez pas!!!

Le service est incroyable!! J'ai trouvé trouvé la télévision Samsung que je voulais avec l'aide du personnel et le prix de la télé n'était vraiment pas cher!!! Merci!
