I visited the store today to ask a question about an unsuccessful online transaction. One of the managers came over and spent 40 minutes with me. He called the main department on his phone and followed up with them, and etc. Eventually, my issue was resolved! It meant a lot to me that he dedicated his time to addressing my problem. He was very kind and nice, and I deeply appreciate his help!

The store has a variety of products available at a central downtown location available, which is great. However, when I was paying for at the counter for an item that was reduced by $10 I had to pay the original price and the cashier claimed the article was in the wrong place although there was a whole batch of it and the price label clearly referred to the item in question. This is a classic case of low-profile scam that I think should never happen.
Whatever you ask them to do, Best Buy's customer service WILL find a way to mess it up. Won't honor promotions? Check. SIM card doesn't work? Check. Order not cancelled even though they said it was? Check. Charge your card twice and causing you to incur overlimit fees? Check. A thousand phone calls to get it refunded? Check. Inaccurate information? Check. Can't reach the store by phone? Check. The list goes on. And when you ask them to correct their error? Not a chance, all you get is a shrug, why would they care? Even on the off chance that whatever you're buying there is cheaper than elsewhere, you'll pay so much and spend so much time on the phone trying to fix their mistakes that it's not worth the money saved. When you're spending hundreds of dollars you don't want the people helping you to be utterly incompetent. There are several other tech/electronics stores in the area - go to one of them.
Every time I go to this store I can’t help but feel so sorry for the owners of Best Buy and the amount of money they are losing with this location. The store clerks are just there to chat amongst themselves. Even if you actively request for help, they will give you a look and treat you like you don’t deserve to be there. Only come to this store if you’re ready to find by yourself the thing you’re looking for. I was ready to spend a good amount of money in a new monitor and I didn’t just cause I didn’t consider a customer service like that deserves my moneynnUpdate: from 2 to 1 stars
