Staples

Horrible, shameful customer service. Went in to look for an item, the first guy said " I only work in the electronics department" "Go look at that end, there should be someone there". I should have got "ohh, i'm in electronics, let me see if I can get someone to help you, let me ask".No initiative whatsoever. I find the second guy. After hearing my request he says "ohh I'm new here". I let him know I wasn't happy. He speed walks away right after. He should have said " ohh, don't know about that, let me see what I can do". This staples proves that they hire people who DON'T CARE about helping people. I would have fired both these people without hesitating. If you go here for anything, don't expect to get any service of any kind.

Very bad service. The employees weren't helpful at all. Took me two hours to receive in my email the code to print a simply document. I'm never going to return to that store or any staples in town.

This Staples is a nightmare. There were 2 printers at one point. When one was broken, it wasn't fixed for more than 6 months. Staff isn't helpful.

Good location (in the mall, near university, etc.) but the staff need a good coaching in customer service. They look really unhappy and you wonder if management has any clue how to deal with this situation. I would describe the employees like staff in a fast food restaurant where they would really not care if a customer show up at a counter or need help with anything.

Ordered a computer--told it would arrive in two days. Go by a week later--it is "on the way." Two days later, I log in online to check the order and find that it has been cancelled completely. Bureau en Gros/Staples at its best!
