Over priced item, low quality. Hard to find staff for help. The fitting room smell, dirty and still old hangers inside.

Amazing selection, friendly staff, and a great store layout! I always have fun when I come here. Also a lot of unique finds.

I visited the urban outfitters downtown Montreal 2 weeks ago. What a FILTHY STORE !! They have dust balls bigger and longer than my arm everywhere. Guaranteed they haven't cleaned since the opening of the store. So much for keeping things clean during covid. On top of that, their ceiling light fixtures have tons of dead bugs inside. It was so distracting I couldn't focus on what was in the store. Never going back there. DISGUSTING.

Ambiance is really ghetto like and captivating. Great selections as well, staff were also quite helpful and friendly.

I like the clothes and what they sell but the service was really bad. Everyone working there did not look like they wanted to be there and they overcharged me for an item.

Great store! Went to look the vinyls but unfortunatelly I didnt find the ones I was looking for.

Everytime I shop at the Urban Outfitters store, its always a good experience, you feel free to shop without being bothered, the staffs are here for you to help, the quality of the items is pretty good, the store is clean, I recommend it for everyone.
