I’ve bought a few peripherals from their downtown store over the years. I don’t know why but the last couple of times, I was only met with attitude. I walk up to the counter to ask about keyboards and it felt like the guy just wanted to get back to playing on his phone as fast as possible. The last straw for me was when I went to buy a new SSD. When the guy came out from the back, he had a box which clearly looked like it was open before. I asked if it was new and he said yes... I questioned him more and he ended up saying it was used for a few tests but it is good as new and there is no difference. Unbelievable that he would try to sell me some used part. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was going to keep the new one for himself. I made him go back and get the new SSD which I made sure was unopened. I’m never going back because of this. Avoid this store at all costs.

Great and speedy service. I was there a few days ago to check up my laptop which was overheating and the fan was making a crackling noise. Some folks at other stores told me that this is a big problem and needs to be sent for a physical check up which was expensive and takes a few weeks, I did not have the time as I was traveling. Frank and Fred at MB fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes, dismantled the laptop and replaced the thermal paste and cleaned the fans, and it's almost as good as new now. Definitely recommend the place for anyone that needs service or repair. Big shout out to Frank and Fred, you guys are awesome!

The go to guys. I had two employees help me for almost 30 minutes, thinking of various ways to solve my very specific issue. In the end, these guys were able to pull through and get me what I needed. Super helpful employees and very competitive prices!

The staff was very nice and helpful. I know a thing or two about computers and when I asked for help, they genuinely tried to get me what I might need and not try to sell the most expensive thing to me.
