They sell reputable brands for which prices are set by the brand itself, so there's no deals to be made. I bought my bike rack there because it's what was open today nearby. I asked to replace my bars as well and was willing to spend the money to have them install them, but they told me they would also charge money to remove my current roof bars. I don't like to be nickel and dimed. When you spend close to a grand to swap bars and buy accessories, I don't think providing the swap for free is an unreasonable expectation. I ended up just taking the bike rack and will keep my current roof bars. Also, I'm genuinely worried about the guy at the counter. He really needs someone to hug him.

I knew the part numbers I needed and spoke with staff as delivery time was key. While there was no guaranteed delivery date they did ensure me they would ship it that day to ensure the best chance of my item reaching me before my trip which was only 6 days away. While both items were shipped on the same day, one item came the very next day and the other the following day. Sales staff took the time even though I had the part numbers to verify that they were the correct numbers for my make and model. The Thule rack I bought was not the cheapest option but I am glad I choose it. I has been used 3 times already in the two weeks I have had it. Great service and great product. Thule SR TracRac.

Bad service, unhelpful and don't seem to care about customers needs..

Worst service ever, guys install and check if product bike rack fits on car, once install the gentleman says if I leave it on the car it is $50 install fee for a 3 minutes install!!! it is free if I uninstall and you reinstall it yourself, so he took the same time to unistall it and he brought back into the store , also the product is and was demo and scratch and full price then I was told if don't work that way, leave it there I will sell it to someone else

I had very bad experience with this store. I bought a rack with installation from there with a week ago and they were nice until I paid. The cuts was made short and not straight , the screws not tighten enough, big gaps and missing rubes. When I drove I heard the rack shaking. I went to the store again and the story repeat again. They become irritate and nervous . The manager said:"I don't have time for you, I have other customers " . They finally open it and put it back with bad measurements. They do not pay attention for details at all. I heard a guy from there saying :"They forget to tight the screws " and he show to his co-worker. I checked the measurements and the instructions after the second visit and are just wrong. if they do not fix the situation I have to go to other company and probably for sure I am gonna call customer protection Canada. After this step is other level decision what will happen. I hope none of you will have a experience like that, to go on highway with a shaking rack on top.

I had called ahead to find out if someone could help me out with a roof box purchase. I was assured on the phone that they would advise me & guide me though the options available and install the box when I had made my choice. The sales person who greeted me was really not a good salesperson, the one wearing a Santa Claus hat on December 23rd. Sorry can’t tell you his name because he didn’t introduce himself. The first thing that came out of his mouth was a big yawn - normally I would have walked out at that point but the weather was too poor to go drive to another location. The rest that followed was really not helpful. I asked for a catolugue with images to help with my choice and I was told to go look on their websites. In the end I wound up listening to another salesman Simon explain the pros and cons of the two boxes I was interested in to another client. I was able to get my salesman to try the two boxes on the car and once I decided I got much more helpful advice from the installers who did a great job. The overall experience which I think is something that should have be fun - I was really excited about this - just ended up being very impersonal and boring. It did not live up to the level of exceptional service I’ve come to expect in my past dealings with both the Montreal & Laval locations.
