I experienced here what professionalism and efficiency mean. I fully upgraded my dogma. It was a lot of work. It originally took 2 weeks of waiting, but I got my bike in 1 week. I am very grateful to Ben. He is enthusiastic. Be patient, always smile, and listen carefully to my ideas. I really like his service so much.
I called the Ste Therese location on a Sunday to purchase a very expensive road bike and they were able to prepare it for me by the end of the day as I was driving from Ottawa to purchase it.nnThe bike is amazing.nnI did have an issue with some fitment, and Benjamin went above and beyond to help me sort my new bike to perfection. The professionalism he demonstrated deserves recognition.nHe is an enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable cyclist.nnI wish more shops had staff with his love of the sport.nnThanks to all the staff for my outstanding experience, it was worth the drive from Ottawa - twice!
I have been a client for over ten years.nnI have had alot of issues with bikes, because I ride alot and I am hard on the gear.nnThey have always resolved them quickly.nnThe service is excellent, the staff is always smiling, and really know what they are talking about.nnThey have great on hand inventory, and the prices are fair.nnI have been to many bike stores all over Quebec, and I highly recommend Quilicot Sainte-Thérèse for professional athletes, amateurs like myself, family and kids.nnThank you!
Went to this location to purchase a mount for a Garmin cycling computer. 3 stars is for them being the only bike shop to have the product and for it being on sale. However, the product sold to me was clearly a return and it was missing parts. Thankfully, I knew what parts were supposed to come with it, so before I left the store, the employee was able to find the missing part in another box. However, had I not known this, I would have driven home with a non-functional used product. The employees seemed disinterested, they were all on the their phones, including while interacting with customers. Personally won’t be back.
Carl and team at Quilicot are always available to help with all my cycling needs. Love that my local bike shops in Ste Therese and Tremblant are professional and courteous.
